Here in the Midwest, the temps have turned very cold, especially overnight. With frost is decorating the windows each morning, the idea of rolling out a yoga mat along the pacific ocean in March 2019 warms me to the core.
We start each day with a blissful yoga practice on the beachside patio, with the ocean as our panoramic background. All the mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and other modification props you need are supplied. No need to pack anything besides your favorite yoga pants!
Another warming thought is having the guidance of Kathleen Wright of Garden of Yoga during our daily practice. Kathleen is a gifted yoga instructor steeped in the Iyengar tradition and has dedicated her adult life to the practice and teaching of yoga. If you are a beginner or advanced yogi, all the classes are modifiable to your level of practice.
As an early bird registrant, you can save your mat by the ocean! Register by November 1st and save $150 and get the best selection in rooms.
