Over the past 12 years of practicing Ayurveda for self care, I have received Ayurvedic massages around the US, Mexico and India, and now I can add the high seas of the Caribbean. How fortunate that you don't have to travel far for Ayurvedic self care at Bodhi Ayurveda! I take great pride in my training of Ayurvedic bodywork, which continues to be with highly skilled individuals around the US and Indian Ayurvedic Doctors working in the US.
Trying it for myself In my continued pursuit to provide the best service and experience possible to you, I experience Ayurvedic bodywork at other spas, resorts and with Ayurvedic practitioners who offer this ancient method of restoration, rejuvenation and relaxation. I like to try other places out for a number of reasons:
Enjoy the healing benefits of the rich herbal oils, techniques and steam
Learn new techniques from different lineages of practice
Improve the services you receive
In March, I had a wonderful vacation in the Western Caribbean aboard the Celebrity Cruise Ship, Silhouette. Aboard the ship, they have a Canyon Ranch spa, a highly regarded spa in Tucson Arizona, known for their high quality accommodations and services, including Ayurveda. I was excited to see that the ship's spa offered a couple of Ayurvedic services and immediately signed up for an Ayurvedic Massage. Boy, was I excited!
So, how was it, you ask? I did have a good massage, though unfortunately, the experience fell short of my definition and past experiences of an Ayurvedic Massage. What I learned from the experience is that the Ayurvedic services you receive at Bodhi Ayurveda continues to be a beautiful combination of the traditional techniques and oils within a modern spa environment.
Below is a video I created to document the experience and is the first video on my new YouTube channel. I hope you will subscribe to the channel and be on the look out for new videos in the future.
Have an enlightened day!
