Each new year provides us with an opportunity to create a new resolution for change. Usually we make resolutions to improve our health and wellbeing. To start out the year, our first Sundays with Sundari is about Mindful Eating.
We are not just what we eat, we are also how, where, when and why we eat. Join us during this complimentary session as we discuss the Ayurvedic approach to mindful eating.

We are made of five elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. By understanding and experiencing how to bring these elements into your awareness and control, you will experience integration 'yuj' of health.
Learn in this workshop how alignment of the body with the five elements, leads to living more fully with greater energy and clarity. Variety of standing poses, inversions, backbends, and more will be covered. You will discover how the real un-masking of Pain, reveals the deeper awakening of 'truth' waiting to reveal itself to you.

Bryant resides in Milwaukee and has been teaching principles of Iyengar Yoga since 1986 in India and is certified internationally as a senior yoga teacher from India. Guruji BKS Iyengar & Fr.Joe Pereira has certified Bryant in addiction and mental health. Bryant is also recognized at the national level with Yoga Alliance in the US as an experienced registered yoga teacher. Bryant has clocked over 10,000 hours of teaching yoga in India, Canada, Ohio, Germany, Washington DC, Annapolis, Los Angeles, New York, Michigan, Omega Institute-Rhine Back NYC. He conducts yoga programs in Wisconsin, Canada, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and India.
