sharing resources to heal the body, emotions, mind + spirit
Here's a gift from me to you
Hi Healing Community,
What have you been up to this summer?
My daughter and I recently returned from a road trip across the country (12 states in all). It's been something we'd been looking forward to for several months and the experience of it was just as magical. Yet parts of it were absolutely daunting (not to mention exhausting). I had to challenge myself to be stronger and braver than I sometimes felt, and I had to look the part too. I felt myself growing, shifting, and stretching in ways that wouldn't have been possible without that experience.
Summer is like that... it's a fabulous time of outward expression. It's a time of growth and expansion; a time for getting out and trying new things. There is so much energy and it's as though the outside world has found its voice (it's always so much louder in summer, isn't it). It's also time of metaphorically examining the crop of what we planted earlier in the year. Sometimes we are pleased with what we've created, other times we learn what we'd like instead. But whichever way it is, it's all growth.
Much growth has been taking place in my world lately. Perhaps you've been experiencing something similar. One thing that always helps me maintain my balance is taking time to go within to that place of inner guidance. I'm also continually reminded that the Universe is supporting me and guiding me.
(On the first day of my recent trip, my GPS went wacky at one point. I started to worry I would get us lost before I could get it working again. Then I noticed a huge red billboard with white lettering that had only two words: No Worries. I said thank you, knowing it was meant for me and relaxed into greater trust; we arrived at our destination soon afterwards).
What I've found is that the more we can connect to the deeper and more magical parts of ourselves and our Source, the easier things become. Whether you're new to this practice or have been doing it for awhile, it will make a difference in your life. It can be a simple word of gratitude the first thing in the morning; a silent whisper of desire and intention; or full-on intimate connection to the unknowable. The important thing is to make time to connect.
I've created several guided meditations for you to help you go within. I hope you enjoy them, and certainly welcome your feedback on how they impact you.
Note: To download on a PC, right+click and save to your computer. To download on a Mac, control+click and save to your computer. From there, you can import them into iTunes if you wish to have them there.
I have lots more in store for you, so stay tuned. I can't wait to share them with you!
Much love, Krysti
