Join us and learn about India's ancient wellness system - Ayurveda. Defined as the "knowledge of life", Ayurveda guides us to balance our mind, body and spirit, resulting in a happy and healthy life. During this contribution based workshop, I will define how Ayurveda focuses on maintaining health, uncovering the root cause of imbalances and tips to bring balance back.
Free passes to the yoga class from 10:30-12pm available to the first 10 people who RSVPs to me.
