This week's Soul Signature inspirational message is all about setting powerful intentions for your life.
It took me a lot of trial & error to come to understand the importance of setting intentions. One day I realized that for a large part of my I life I left many outcomes up to chance. I was leaving my experiences open-ended, thinking and feeling that the next thing that came along would satisfy me. Then I began to see that I was perpetuating a next-thing mentality and never allowing myself a sense of completion or satisfaction.
I now have had the opportunity to work with and speak with many women who want to improve their lives, yet they are fearful to ask for what they want. They are afraid of asking for the wrong thing. They even feel undeserving of achieving their desired outcomes. Have you ever found yourself in this thinking pattern before? It's actually quite common.
What do you do when you are afraid to ask the Universe for a desired outcome or to set powerful intentions?
I recommend connecting to your inner trust and inner authority, place in motion a knowing that you are taking steps in the right direction, releasing any control that you feel is needed to bring about your desired outcome.
Know that you are deserving of your heart's desires and trust that what you ask to receive, or something better, will come to you.
When you are entering into a new program, set a powerful intention for what you desire the outcome to be. Perhaps you want to reach a new income level, you want to lose a certain amount of weight, you want to acquire a new business skill, you want to accomplish a particular goal. Always set your powerful intentions, with intention, writing them down and revisiting them often. You might find your intentions evolving a little, and that is perfectly normal. You are always evolving.
Feel free to reply and share with me your aha's and insights from this week's message.
