This Life Makeover group which is for women who are willing to change their lives, work through the fear and self-sabotage, and just Do it Anyway! We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:30 pm.

Ayurveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one's life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs.
You will be introduced to the language of Ayurveda and learn the basic concepts behind this ancient healing art from India. You will also be given some foundational tips on how you can begin to live your life in balance.
This class will be facilitated by Tresa Laferty who is a Certified Medicinal Aromatherapist, Animal Communicator and Ayurveda Health Counselor (intern).
