With the holidays approaching, I'd like to invite you to consider what they really mean to you. So many of us look at holidays as a vacation time. Party time. Time off of work. Time to sleep in. Which is all fabulous and fun but the word holiday itself means: "holy day." A day for aligning ourselves with what is sacred and soulful. While holidays are certainly a great time to celebrate life, they are also a great time to reconnect to the divinity it all things. To the Love. To the Laughter. To the Joy. To the Healing. To the Togetherness. So, let's take time to remember what is most important to us, what we really cherish in the world and let's gives ourselves to living it. Fully. Love, Deborah Lighthart
