This is a fun, light hearted book that has a wide variety of different meditations that you can do in 10 minutes or less (each).
I used to think that meditation was so boring. I just did not have the patience to sit there, doing (apparently) nothing. Over the years I've discovered how fun & exciting Meditation can be, and how dynamic it can be.
For example: There are aerobic meditations you can do while you exercise; water meditations you can do while swimming; interactive meditations to do w/ your partner or friend; even hugging a tree can be a profound meditation!
Now I rely on meditation every single day to deal with stress, keep myself balanced, grounded & centered, and bring more joy & happiness into my life. This is the magic that I will share, beginning with this book.
But I can't do this on my own. I need your help to complete this project.
