This presentation is a brief introduction to the process of SoulCollage® developed by Seena Frost. Participants create a personal collection of cards similar to the tarot deck. Each card represents an aspect of the self and provides the opportunity of befriending oneself, discovering the beauty within, accepting the shadow and enjoying the journey.
Based on the power of images Soulcollage® moves gently and yet swiftly and directly to the soul’s longings, sometimes sending messages that surprise and mystify, but often revealing messages that confirm and lead to deeper soul messages.
SoulCollage® is for anyone, regardless of experience or skill, who is interested in self exploration. If you can use a scissors and know which is the sticky end of a glue stick, you can do Soulcollage.® If your heart is open and you welcome surprises, you will marvel at the secrets hidden in everyday images and appreciate the joy and intimacy of sharing respectfully in the process of others.
Instructor: Karen McCormick is an artist, art coach, writer and a retired Art Therapy professor from Mount Mary College Graduate Art Therapy Program. She is a certified facilitator for SoulCollage and a trained coach for Process Painting
