My life has been getting so much nicer ever since I started saying how nice my life is.
Well now how can that be? Is it simply about creating new patterns and habits of thought through affirmations? Is it the Law of Attraction at work? Is it about the anatomic remodeling of neural connections and synapses in my brain? Who cares! It just feels good.
Specifically, it feels nice just to say it… “I have a really nice life.” So isn’t that enough? If it feels good to me to say it, I guess I’ll just keep saying it.
Perhaps it’s that appreciation is like a magnet, and having one thought of appreciation attracts another, which inspires another, and another. It’s like being on a mental winning streak. The better it gets, the better gets.
Perhaps it is simply about perception. It seems true that perception is way more important than reality. It is said that attitude is everything. Well if it is everything, then doesn’t that make reality irrelevant?
Well there it is: perception, appreciation, habits of thought, neural remodeling, and the Law of Attraction. Perhaps it’s all of that, but whatever it is, I have learned enough in this life NOT to change a winning strategy. It feels good, so I am going to keep on saying it, “I have a really nice life!”
My life just feels so much nicer since I started saying it.
